If you are interested in docking during our off-season,  or a transient slip rental (under 14 days), please complete an online request via the "request a slip" portal below.

Proof of insurance proper insurance is required. Current office hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3 pm 

 

We currently do not  accept credit cards but do accept cash, checks, and money orders.

FLEET MARINA SLIP RATES

​

Off-Season: November 1, 2026–April 30, 2027

No rate changes for this off-season.


Customers with a Summer 2026 contract do not need to sign a new contract. Unless anything has changed.

​

Off-season slip fees are due in full by October 15, 2026 or your slip will not be held.

​

RECREATIONAL SLIPS

Six-month rentals only.

  • In-season: $145 per foot

  • Off-season: $105 per foot

  • Liveaboards: $145 per foot for six months

​

COMMERCIAL SLIPS

Monthly Rate

50 feet and under $950

51–74 feet $1,300

75–99 feet $1,600

100 feet and over $1,900

​

ELECTRICITY

Beginning November 2026, electricity will be billed monthly based on meter readings.

Invoices will be emailed. If no email address is on file, invoices will be available in the office.

Payment is due on the first day of the following month or late fees will apply!

2027 IN-SEASON RATES

In-season rates will be posted by April 15, 2027.
