PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING!

• Proof of Insurance with a P&I Limit at a minimum of $300,000 & Pollution Limit at a minimum of $997,100. Insurance certificate MUST name Fleet Marina as additionally insured and insurance policy MUST match the same owner who is named on the contract.
   

• One month's non-refundable rent payment must be submitted with contract to secure your slip.
   

• Contract must be filled out entirely before docking.
   

• No Vacation Rentals or Air BnB / VRBO of boats of any kind permitted within the marina.
   

• No boat berthed at the marina shall be used as a residence, unless specifically authorized in writing by marina (inquire within).
